"Any cat think they can face me?!" yowled the 6 moon old, and mentor less cat. He'd always been prepared for battle but has never seen the beginning of a single training session. But who needs those when you only need to copy what you see and make that instinct?

"Marshmellow?" asked the brown apprentice. He sniffed once before hooking it in his claws and popping one in his mouth. After chewing a bit he realized that one this size compared to his tiny mouth, wasn't a good idea. "Itthhh, twooo, gooeyyyy...." he said trying to swallow the sticky substance.
-
"Yeah.....way to go...."muttered Arrowpaw unenthusiastically
-
"Oh, hell yes!" meowed Arrowpaw. He has been left mentor less since ViridianClan left their home and lately with the excessive raids, felt even more useless. The brown cat always wanted a dog or wolf like Silverstar to mentor him, but now he was going to get a mountain lion to train him! Lifting one white paw and stepping in front of the other he trot over to Flora and lifted his head proudly. "I'm ready to learn!" he said claws retracting in and out of their sheathe.
[Hey Flora! :D]
-
Had Flora said, 'show me what you know' he probably wouldn't have backed down and charged the big cat. But, fortunately for the small inexperienced and cocky tabby, she said tell. "Well, I've not really sparred much, but I've practiced before." he said, chest still out and proud. "I've only practices a pounce and roll leading into a pin and a classic swipe. But I don't know how it would be against an opponent...." he said honestly.
-
Arrowpaw didn't hesitate. He unhooked his claws from their sheathe used them to charge himself forward. Immediately his first move was to feign a swipe and at the last second make the leap to the large mountain lion's face. Unfortunately though, the new apprentice wasn't too well on his paws and even a blind kit could've notice his muscle bunching before the leap. Now in mid air he pushed both paws in front of him and aimed to claw to mountain lion's face.
[Ooc: He's pretty cocky and uses claws, yeah, I know, he's a delinquent and a rebel xD]

Arrowpaw hit the ground hard after stumbling from Flora's attack. He ground his teeth to brace his cranium and tumbled on the dusty floor. "Wait! Flora, I thought we we're training." he said a little upset. He urged to learn faster so he could defend his clan. Perhaps he'd spar with some on lookers? Maybe Cyanspectrum could help him. Nonetheless he was aware of the kit's fear for his mother nd turned his faded gold optics in its direction. True the kit was less than half his age but that didn't stop the leopard from growing even larger than he. "She's fine, kit." he said lifting a white paw and licking it once. He didn't really know the baby big cat's name so he just called her kit.
[Sorry for being so late!]

[Ooc: Oh my god! I've seen Nanook like 7 times and I didn't realize it was you until now! I just saw them role playing Maypaw and I was literally like "Hell no, this ain't going down, I'm gonna message Angel and-....oh wait....ITS HER!" xD I'm telling you I was about to whoop some @$$]
Ic: Arrowpaw flicked his tail tip left and right before noticing the dog. The brown apprentice's paws urged him forward. Oh how he would love to fight a dog and win. Unfortunately, the only two moves he'd done was just countered and he wasn't sure he could win a battle with that. Arrowpaw has seen numerous moves like rolling under and opponent, feign defeat, rolling and pinning, and more! But he'd only ever try pouncing and swiping. The cat doesn't even know how to hunt! So Arrowpaw swallowed down his urge and stood still, continuing his glare to the mountain lion.

Arrowpaw, who was stalking the little chickadee lifted his head confused when he noticed everyone friendly and familiar with the piece of prey. What made this guy so special? The brown apprentice tilted his head and abandoned his crouch and just padded over to the bird. While behind he lifted a paw and aimed to scoop it up for further examination. When he was in ViridianClan, they didn't have birds that were this small as clan mates. There was Shadowpaw's falcon but that caught prey for us. And even then, it would sometimes catch doves, pigeons and even chickadee birds! This was a new experience to the little cat.
-
Arrowpaw's paws worked hard to keep from not crushing the little birds legs, but finally he managed to hold it in one paw, his pads facing up and the little fluff ball standing on its own accord. "No, I mean I've seen eagles and falcons, but never small birds." he said with a screwed up nose as if trying to understand how it worked. "Back in ViridianClan, they were prey, not clan members." he said a little too bluntly, but still honest. "How did you get one of the leaders to accept you?" he asked genuinely curious as to how the bird escaped without being eaten. Arrowpaw may have Ben asking all the wrong questions, but curiosity often got the better of him.
-
Arrowpaw noticed the bird tone of hurt, but he didn't care. He still saw the bird as nothing but prey, maybe even a toothpick if he tried. Before putting his paw back down he placed the bird on a snow mound before shrugging his shoulders. His curiosity satisfied, he no longer found the bird intriguing. "Well, good luck in a clan of cats and other predators." he said to the winged creature before walking off
-
Arrowpaw noticed all the offers to assist Flora and he decided to take up one of the offers. "Can either of you train me?" he asked the group, directing the question to no one in particular. I don't have a mentor yet, and I really need to get through training...." he said sounding frustrated.
-
Arrowpaw took the necklace hesitantly. After all, he hadn't gotten her anything! He'd gotten no gift for any cat because it seemed that no cat even cared for the stubborn tom. "Wow....thank you Maypaw." he said before glancing around. He noticed Flightpaw had a gift for the sand cat with made him feel a thousand times worse. "Uh... I got you one too...." he said and ran into camp. He frantically looked around for anything he could give her, because he absolutely loved his arrows. The detail on the metal was so crisp and he had nothing in return. Biting his lip he ran into the apprenticed den and noticed nothing but straw and bedding. Running toward the fresh kill pile he looked for anything that he may make but he couldn't come up with anything! Then it hit him. The tom, who wasn't very good with his claws took the straw from the apprentices den and tried his best to weave them into a tiara. Once that was done he used some moss and placed it all around the ring. After he plucked the feathers of almost all the birds from the fresh kill pile and stuck them inside. All in all it was a pretty horribly done gift, but that was what that camp had on last minute. Panting for the rush, he brought it back to Maypaw and placed it at her paws. "Sorry, it took me a while to find it." he lied.

Raffle still going on?

Finally! Arrowpaw thought before turning back to his training. Inwardly he was a little happy he stood with the big cat, he really didn't want a normal cat or even dog to be training him. He liked being trained hard and sometimes even thought about leaving his clan to train in BloodClan. But he wouldn't do any of that....just yet. "I attacked before but I missed." he said, "What did I do wrong?" he asked.

Arrowpaw suppressed a groan when he noticed Shadowpaw directing his other kin to him. He wished she would just stay with her old sibling and leave him alone. Arrowpaw felt this way toward his youngest sister because she was more of a pacifist that a war monger. Arrowpaw loved battle and the faster he was trained the faster he could join battles and other patrols. No matter he was stuck with her now. "Well, as you can see now, this isn't a gathering." he said in a monotonous voice, he true feelings hidden. "Maypaw's giving out gifts. She gave me this awesome necklace!" he said his tone elevating to excitement. Then Ivorykit had entered the scene giving him a chance to escape. Immediately, Arrowpaw looked around until he noticed his father. Lifting himself off the ground slowly he trotted over to his father. "Hey Moonstream." he said still oblivious to the lie in front of him. Maybe one day the kit will learn that the gray cat truly wasn't his real father.
-
Immediately the brown tabby recoiled back and screwed up his nose. Using a white paw he rubbed his father's touch from his ear. He was a big cat now! No need to fuss over him! Folding his ears flat along his cranium he scowled. "No need for that, dad." he scoffed. Maybe he should be honest and tell his father his plans about leaving to BloodClan. No, of course he wouldn't. It'd be considered traitorous and he'd try everything in his power to stop it. Its a shame, he wanted at least one cat to know where he was, but it didn't seem as if there was anyone her could trust with the information. "How've things been with Clover, Ivory, Storm and Cloud?" he asked of his siblings. At some point there were more of them, but that is long forgotten.
-
Arrowpaw wasn't sure he was happy with her response. He wanted to be good enough to take on any cat, not just regular sized felines. The brown apprentice suppressed a groan when she began teaching. This was all remedial work that he's probably not going to use
like school. When in battle you depend on instinct! "Eyes, Nose, Underbelly, and Base of the Tail." he responded. He was a little unsure of one of them, but when he felt his tail he could always feel the fragility of its base. -
I guess, no link/appy/chance for Infinite ;_;
IC: Arrowpaw huffed. "Now that this is over, can we please get back to training!? he said exasperated.
